The bags must have the air removed to achieve vacuum compression. For the easiest and fastest compression, we recommend using the electric pump included with your PackNStore set.

Space savings depend on the items being packed. Our Travel Vacuum Bag is designed to significantly reduce the bulk of clothing, while our storage bags can compress bulky bedding and clothing to create substantially more storage space.

We recommend leaving enough room to completely close the zipper. Overfilling can make sealing difficult and may prevent the bag from maintaining proper compression.

Check that the zipper is completely sealed, the valve is properly closed, and there is no clothing or debris caught in the seal. Re-seal the zipper and use the pump again if necessary.

Our Vacuum Travel Bag Kit includes a 12-month warranty covering the travel bag, electric pump, and included iOS/Android tracker against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, overfilling, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by incorrect use or storage. Vacuum storage bags in the 8-Pack and 20-Pack sets are not covered under warranty
