PackNstore Shipping Policy
At PackNstore, we work with reliable global shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Our logistics network includes trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and other regional delivery partners who help us deliver orders to customers around the world.
We aim to provide a smooth, transparent shipping experience from checkout to delivery.
Order Processing & Payment
Orders are charged at the time of purchase. All payments must pass verification and approval before the order is released for fulfillment.
For security purposes, our system may review orders to prevent fraudulent transactions. Orders that contain incomplete billing details or require additional verification may experience delays or be canceled if confirmation cannot be completed.
Please allow a short processing window while payment authorization and order validation are completed.
Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, our fulfillment team prepares your order for shipment.

Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, changes to the order (including shipping address updates or item changes) are no longer possible.
Orders will be shipped only to the address entered at checkout, so please ensure all information is accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Schedule
Our warehouse processes shipments Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking information.
For orders containing multiple products, items may ship separately from different warehouse locations, which means they may arrive on different dates.
Order Tracking
All PackNstore shipments include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier information
- A link to track your shipment
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier’s system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please contact our support team for assistance.

PackNstore does not control or estimate these charges.
If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable import charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PackNstore is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- Reach out to our support team if further assistance is needed
Claims should be reported promptly so we can assist you while carrier records are still active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
Because orders begin processing quickly, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
If the order has already been shipped, PackNstore cannot reroute or recover the package.
