For returned items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as PackNstore cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without shipment tracking.

Gift Orders

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, the return will be processed as store credit once the returned product is received and verified. A digital credit will be issued to the email address associated with the return request.
